The Backstory
“As a Sales leader the handoff from Sales to CS was a constant thorn in my side. About once a quarter, I'd receive the dreaded message from my Head of CS "We need to talk about our handoff process." Accounts Managers and Customer Success Managers were always asking customers to repeat themselves. Account assignments were manual and took way longer than necessary. I would get looped into prospect and customer meetings and it was a nightmare to filter through Salesforce pages, product dashboards, and call recordings to find the meaningful information. There had to be a better way… now there is!”
Nick Casale has over a decade of SaaS software sales experience, most recently closing and scaling tens of millions in ARR for category leading technology companies; Sendoso and Talkdesk. Nick graduated from Boston College.
The Backstory
“I saw the need for Handoffs from multiple angles. As a customer working with many vendors, I experienced first-hand the confusion and inefficiency of getting handed off to different points of contact within an organization, or worse yet, to no one in particular. Additionally, my teams have been responsible for helping onboard customers and the information to pass between different points of contact throughout the process was disorganized and lacking. These personal pain points made me think it was time to create a better experience for everyone involved.”
Wandee Lee spent the past 18 years in product and technology roles with a focus on technical project management, AI, and cognitive computing. Wandee graduated from University of Waterloo.
